Question about Springfield's Hours

Hello all,

I was curious if anyone had luck getting in contact with customer service at Springfield? I spoke to someone a couple weeks ago via email, and have not heard back. I also was unable to reach anyone by phone when I called.

I know we are in unexpected times with unique work circumstances, but I wanted to ask if anyone else had any success. Thanks!

Yeah, it's hard to fault Springfield's customer service. They've been good for years. I sent them a M1a loaded many years ago to get some upgrade work done on the sights and trigger. Quick turnaround and pleasant to work with.
 
Come to think of it, I've never had a bad customer experience with any manufacturer. Ruger has been great, as has Remington. Winchester even helped track down info on a 100 year old 1894. Theres something about companies that make products people will leave to their kids. They seem to understand being good to their customers.
 
I was actually shocked anyone was working during this time, but figured I would ask. Sometimes I think that because I’m working business as normal, everyone is.

I am happy with the help they gave me!
