Question on ordering process

Hey guys, I wanted to know the best way to order from springfield. I spoke to an authorized dealer and they said they get M1As in lots however they sold out pretty quick and don't expect more soon. Does anyone know the best way to get on one of these lists or a dealer in NJ who is easy to work with? The dealer I spoke to didn't seem to do large volumes. Thanks for any help.
 
The Special orders I've done in the past is get the part number of the firearm you would like to order. take that to your LGS and give them the manufacturer and part number of the firearm you are looking for. Ask them to do a special order from the manufacture. Most of them will ask for half for full price up front. this puts most LGS's in an obligation stance to you which they have to fulfill within a certain time frame. Not true for all LGS's but the vast majority I have dealt with.

I looked up and wrote down the part number of the firearm I'm looking for, this should help narrow narrow the search a little bit when I also request the special order from the manufacturer. Thank you for your help!
