I wouldn’t destroy it just yet. I’m not convinced that the ruling - if it sees the light of day - requires it. Despite what all the YT lawyers say.
Hey look, we agree. I don't think this ruling will end up standing and even if it does destroying the brace seems, well, wasteful.

Not having a brace on your pistol is going to exempt you from filling out any forms though. No brace = no braced pistol. And the rule only applies to braced pistols.
