The Ruger SFAR has the gas vents on the Carrier like that. the vented charging handles work also with suppressors.

Radian makes a Raptor model set-up to handle gas blow-back.

IMO the best way to go is an adjustable gas block. Most have a suppressor setting.

I have a couple of those and 3 or 4 more in different brands. They do force more of the gas out of the ejection port instead of your face. They should work as they are quite a bit more expensive than. The regular ones

Radian CHs are my standard on my Tier 1 & some Tier 2+ ARs.

I like the timber creek ones. They are larger and easier to use with a scope

I prefer SI Arch extended latch. If I get a suppressor for the MK2 I’ll buy the BCM CH.
