I'm not ashamed to admit I am OLD SCHOOL. Don't know if this person is a he or she. Definitely would not want them in any unit I was assigned to. I don't really think this person would show up looking like this at a recruiters station. But under all the makeup it would still be a Gen Z. No hate mail please.
