If they can interpret (manipulate) their laws to criminalize the law abiding, that's exactly what we expect them to do. They wrote this BS so broadly that it can be interpreted any way they want. And since they stacked all the courts against us. We're doomed

OK I think Vandermyde's reasoning is convoluted and off base but now I see where this 870 alarmism is coming from. It is a far stretch to define an 870 as an assault weapon within the context of the statute, but then it is Vandermyde's purpose to attack the law from every angle.

The law as signed will not withstand the test of the higher courts.
