Rep. Carolyn Maloney Drops the Mother of All Gun Control Bills

Hopefully SCOTUS grows a pair when needed, and shuts down the madness before it's too late...
Wishful thinking, but not seeing it by his and others actions in their witch hunt.
Am thinking they may have comprehension issues when comes to reading or may not read at all?
Sad when representatives go against the very foundations of what and who they're supposed to be representing.
What's that called again? Am tongue tied.

The word "turncoat" comes to mind.

Every single word she has uttered here is an infringement on our 2nd amendment rights and/or a challenge to our constitution in general. As the writer says, she may very well be an honorable woman, but the real qualifier of her mindset is in this sentence..... "I believe that she is sincere in her motivations and doing what she feels is right." And therein lies the real problem. As is the case with most liberals/progressive, and even the liberal/progressive ideology is that they tend to 'feel' rather than to 'think'.

Feelings are based on emotion rather than logic and it's obvious from her offerings she is basing her entire list of proposed laws on emotions.

Except for a couple of those bills she is just stacking laws on top of laws that are already on the books.
I've always been puzzled by this logic. Unless I missed that day of law school, I don't recall any lessons dealing with writing laws to make it a crime to commit a crime. I'm not even sure what you would call this. Maybe she can name it the "Making Gun Crime Illegal-er, and This Time We Mean It, Act". It's not a real catchy title, but it would be pretty accurate.

Yes, she sounds redundant and very unoriginal in her logic or statements.
If actual costs came out of her own personal pockets she may change her parroting logic and tune?
Another fine swampy example of wasting more tax payers time and money?

As Keystone said, the pork has a lot to do with it.... Pork spending often cannot pass as stand alone legislation. It has to be camouflaged. Sometimes its a money making scam.
