Replacement Parts?

Is it literally impossible to get factory replacement parts for a Hellcat? I just want a recoil spring assembly. They don't answer e-mails, they don't sell them, and the only place I can find anything close is Ebay. I just want a damn spring, guys.

It’s likely they’ll sell you a spring…
But as has been noted here before, emailing Springer is notoriously inefficient.
I’d get their cust service # off the website and just call them.
May wanna have your serial number handy.

Try Bar-Sto and there are some other places, but that's the only place that I remember.

Thanks for the welcome. I have a Hellcat and a Milspec 1911, been looking hard at an M1A1, and was looking pretty hard at a 911, not anymore. Big fan of their firearms, warranties, website even looks nice. Just wishing we could buy parts easily and without hassle. You've given me hope. SFSD.

Don’t discount the 911 they may not be on the website anymore but I’m sure they show up in stores for awhile.
The way the supply chain is disrupted right now parts will be tough to find.

Welcome to the forum, it’s best to call Springfield up instead of emailing them, and yes they will sell you a recoil spring assembly, I have bought spares for my pistols from them unless they changed there policy, which I not sure of with todays buying splurge.

It's a well known fact that emailing them is pointless. CALL THEM.

Wolf Springs will probably have them soon, I just checked...not in the catolouge yet.

If I remember some test videos Hellcat recoil springs are changed at 2500 round intervals. (could be 25,000) I suffer from CRS. I'd likely never get close to that.

I practice a lot. Mine is fine for now, but if something goes wrong I'd rather have one in the toolbox then instead of later.

My Wilson CQB arrived with a spare spring. I thought that was a great touch.
I think it’s different poundage though. They did NOT include a replacement Shok Buff, which needs replacement more often than spring.
