Review: Hornady Rapid Safe NightGuard

I am going to do a review of my Hornady Rapid Safe NightGuard
Easy to setup.
Works by either the included RFID tags, user programmed access and included keys.
USEB ports.
Clock
Runs on AC & Battery Backup.
Includes 1,500 pound cable to attach if needed.

Took me less then a half hour for complete setup. Weighs about 20 lbs.
Works great, will fit a full size handgun gun, but a very tight fit, so I used a midsize gun. Tamper resistant. Overall I think it’s a really quality safe and should serve the purpose it was designed for, would be a great addition if you got kids around.

My eyes bugged out when I read "1,500." I thought it came with 1,500 rounds of ammo, lol.

Oh, btw, in the manual it actually says, DO NOT PUT A LOADED FIREARM IN SAFE........all I can say is WTH?...... That’s why you buy a security safe......

You just can’t have a round chambered. What’s the problem?

I'm still kicking myself for not buying the Hornady AR locker with RFID the beginning of last year for $160.00 on Amazon because they are now double the price since Covid and the gun & ammo panic.....

How fast can you open the door? If your electricity was cut are you still able to open the door?

Just researched that safe , Really cool , seen it 229.00 @ Midway -Amazon - Guys review says he has 3 and All of them programed to the same set of chips; my wrist band, key fob, stickers on my phone - WOW thanks
