That type of situation is based on body fat and overall body size, someone who is very thin with very little body fat will show signs of decomposing before those with high body fat content.

one said no CO2 poisoning, while another hinted it could be a gas leak, then another said there was no gas leak

It is being reported that all those deceased have been dead for some and have started to decompose, it also appears that they died quickly while going about their normal daily routine.
There were two other dogs that survived although they had access to a doggy door and were able to get outside.

So so sad.

Hope they were not feeding on the couple. RIP Gene!

Heard today that they have ruled out CO. And that Gene's last event on his pacemaker was the 17th.

As per BBs post, the news has said pathology tests have ruled out CO poisoning.

A space heater was next to his wife but it was an electric one.
