Ronin 10MM, Firstline Order

Several weeks back I ordered a Ronin 10MM through the Firstline Program. I realize there is a wait for it to come into the participating dealer. Last year I ordered a Saint Victor in .308 through the LE/IOP Program and it took 10 months to receive my rifle. The dealer told me that when I ordered my Ronin that they were seeing better delivery times on weapons through the Firtline Program due to the reduced number of weapons available through the program. But they also stated that they just "get what they get" and have no idea what's coming in. Resent searches for the Ronin 10MM on line for retail sales shows that there are very few available. Anyone heard anything? Or is it the supply chain excuse?

Springfield is sending me a new SA-35 due to issues. They basically told me they will put the order in for the replacement but couldn't give me a lead time and the customer service rep told me they are behind filling orders. Hope that helps.

I would love to order but no-one in my area is a Firstline dealer. This is why I go thru Glock. They make purchasing very easy. I even emailed Springfield asking where I could purchase thru their program and have never heard from them. Trust me, if I email Glock I get a reply the same business day.. In my opinion Springfield has some lousy customer service and this means a great deal in my mind. I still like their guns.

They have a terrible email system that is often unreliable. If you are truly looking to make contact try giving them a call. They always pick up and the customer service has always been top notch in my past experiences.

You can pick the nearest dealer to you. My Firstline dealer is in the state of Washington. They ship the gun to a local FFL dealer in your area.
