Ruger Mark 4 Target or SW Victory?

Just picked this up today, Ruger Target, love the grips, very comfortable.

I have a S&W Victory as well as Ruger MK II, III, and IV. I think the field stripping of all of them is an insignificant, sure the MKIV and S&W Victory are a little simpler, but the MKII and III are not hard.

I like the ergonomics of the S&W Victory and mine has proved to be very accurate and very reliable, even when suppressed. There is really not a bad choice to be made, but if I could only have one I'd probably lean towards a Ruger MK, and I'd jump on a nice used MKII which are my favorite, but otherwise I'd go with a 22/45 LITE with threaded barrel.

nice collection. do you shoot .22 rifles too?

I've had a victory since about when they came out. Well over 100,000 rounds through it at this point. Great gun. Just purchased a volquartsen Black Mamba 6 inch barrel. Actually like it a lot better. My Smith has about 1.5 lb trigger pull the quartz and has 2.25. With the customizations on my Smith there are very few stock parts left.. Everything possible exchange. I've even changed the main spring and the sear at this point. That being said the volquartsen has become my favorite gun by far.
300-500 rounds per week... although I've cut down a bit since the prices got up so much
