But it wouldn't surprise me if it turns out that Wells Fargo owns him.
Wells Fargo has been in trouble before, but always seems to get away with it.

Sadly, Texas is in a deliberate multi-year process of recruiting California companies and their California progressive liberal executives, management and skilled workers to relocate to the Lone Star State. As a result of this Leftward influx of money politics, politicians such as Texas's AG will quietly shift their positions and policy prerogatives.

He may have been elected as the AG but has not been doing that job since May.
After the impeachment acquittal last week, he is now back performing his AG duties.
Hopefully there will be a positive response to Ruger.

I didn't see any huge campaign donations from Wells Fargo, but in 2020 he did get $2500 from Citigroup.

Don't get the Cal reference all states recruit hopefully profitable businesses. KP has been a self serving POS for his political career. don't be surprised with these people be surprised with the Politician (party doesn't matter) that actually does the right thing and cherish that brief moment.
