Master Class
Cool. I guess. However it would be more interesting if they could bring back the P-85 in a 2.0/Gen X format. If they wanted it to be legendary it could also take Glock mags and Glock sights while also being optics ready.
Went well. This class usually has the same people every year, but lots of new faces this time. I was wondering how that would work out, but we flew through the material. Good bunch.I always wish firearms companies success but at the same time…..personally….YAWN!!!!!!
And how’s the class go last night Barry? I had some house stuff going so I couldn’t be there.
Ruger will add them in the first recall.Hey, hey, hey.
You forgot forwarding cocking serrations.
I mean, that’s big f’n deal, man…
Don't talk about my Reflex like that... They (FN) worked hard to make something that looked like a 43x had a fling with a drunken Hellcat, and that their unholy union resulted in something hammer fired.I swear that new guns are designed by a committee of engineers, lawyers and bean counters that couldn't pick out Michelangelo's David from a pile of rocks. Spray painting the damn thing, hello kitty pink or tactacool desert tan don't cut it. But, hay, if it lifts your skirt have at it.
I agree. The the SR series were good, which they were still produced.Just watched a couple of RXM reviews. Folks are already gushing about it and I'm sure the usual suspects will all have videos out soon. I'm a Ruger fan. Our first pistol when my wife and I jumped into firearms was a Ruger 9e (my wife still shoots that gun better than anything else we've acquired since). But I agree with the general consensus here: The new RXM is actually kinda ugly. The old 9e has far more good looks (and has been as reliable as a Timex), so... I'll pass

Just looking at that 9e picture, I'm thinking Ruger could put front serrations on it, a better picatinny rail, optics cut the slide, improve the grip texture/coverage, upgrade the trigger and sights, and they'd have the equal of most polymer 9mm guns today. They could call it the SR-9X to make it edgy.I agree. The the SR series were good, which they were still produced.
Agree again, they should've evolved the SR series.Just looking at that 9e picture, I'm thinking Ruger could put front serrations on it, a better picatinny rail, optics cut the slide, improve the grip texture/coverage, upgrade the trigger and sights, and they'd have the equal of most polymer 9mm guns today.
