I’m awaiting the arrival of my Operator in 45 acp and want to get idea for best magwell to pair with it. Looking for suggestions. Thanks for sharing

I have heard good things about the Chen SI magwell. I have never installed one myself though.

Why do you want to modify the magwell?
I have a SA Operator .45 that is stock and it performs like a champ.

Why the Mod ? Whats your purpose ?

The TRP Operator came configured with a magwell, I don't know if they do that with the operator? If you install a magwell it may mean new grips?

Hogue makes magwell grips that have the magwell integral to the grips. I have them on my Commander and they function very well.

I like a magwell on my 1911's as I think it speeds my reloads a bit.

From what I have learned, Chen magwells seem to be high quality
