Be patient, you should get if your LGS is looking out for you and you are high on their lists.
I waited 8 months for my "go to" LGS to get a Saint Edge Pistol for me.
Requested May 2020 - came in January 16th, 2021.
Ironically, in November 2020, I was in a different LGS and they put me on a list to call when they got one. Both shops called me on the same day within an hour of each other - one had it in hand; the other expected (and received) one 2 days later.
I bought both. Recently ordered a complete upper in 300 Blk out to run on one.
I haven't shot either yet.

They're scarce at MSRP, you can pay a fortune and find them in abundance on Gunbroker, up to you.

There is an Austin area gun store that has them close to MSRP, and they may or may not be on backorder.
Keep checking back with these folks, they say they're due a shipment and they can put you on a list. They'll ship it to an FFL I'm sure if you get one.

Give Frogbones in Melbourne and Red Dot in Rockledge a call. Also, B&H in Merritt Island usually has a good stock.
