Saint Victor AR-10 upgrades

I recently purchased a Saint Victor AR-10. What upgrades would you recommend?
#1 - Better lower receiver controls - Radian Talon 45 deg. ambi safety selector, Strike Industries enhanced bolt catch, Radian Raptor charging handle, Troy ambi mag release.

#2 - Midwest Indudtries Combat front/rear BUIS.

#3 - a new trigger if you're not pleased with the OEM.

So much i could say here, they don't call me Mr. Bolt on for nothing. :ROFLMAO: depends on what your plans are for it, if you are going to hunt you'll want a scope and if you walk to a stand in the dark, maybe a weapon light. and if you do put a scope you will want an extended charging handle, the one Tayln said is a good one. I also like Phase5 levers on my 308's. Maybe an extended mag release.

It depends on what your gonna do with it. A nice LPVO (I have a 1x8), sling and you are ready go with mine. If it's gonna be a toy the sky is the limit.

Yea I forgot an Odin Works mag release extension. Those & the above are right-of the-bat standard upgrades for me.

I have hundred of hours of “combat” time against hogs with my Victor .308.

My take:
-Muzzle brake is great for recoil. Sucks for folks with you. Loud and back blast. Great for hogs on the run.
-I prefer a flash hider on these over a brake. Suppressor is better
-Replaced my trigger with a nice Geissele trigger
- new larger charging handle to accommodate a thermal on top rail
- lightweight tac light on a rail for downed animals
-Front foregrip and rubber heat shield

My 16 yr old Son loves this gun. He has claimed it

Besides an optic, run it and see how it feels/what you like and don't like. THEN figure out how to make it more comfortable/convenient for you. Personally, the break is too loud and obnoxious although it did a great job on reducing recoil.

All I did was an add LPVO and a vertical foregrip when I had mine, but my experience with it was not very good and I ended up with an M1A in it's stead.

Bottom line, run it before you change a whole bunch of crap you may or may not like or need.
