50 years ago we used to have a place nearby that had Bison and we would eat there and look at the bison. Once a year thry would harvest one and have Bison burgers when I was a kid. As I remember they were good, but we kids were always sad one had been killed lol.Bison.

It wad something pretty rare back then, now you find Bison more mainstream.even had beefalo once a cross between beef and buffalo. I dis mot like it as well as either one on its own .

The best piece of meat I ever ate was a bison tenderloin. Bison burgers are fantastic too. Much better than beef.
