Sheriff Judd puts me in mind of the then-living institution I worked for, Pickaway County Sheriff Dwight E. Radcliff. Sheriff Radcliff was elected to 12 consecutive terms, 1965 until retirement in 2013, the longest serving Sheriff in U.S. history. Sheriff Radcliff passed away in 2020. Both men represent the no-nonsense law enforcement leadership we need.
