I have been carrying the P365Xl a lot to get used to it and it's been a fine carry pistol. But I still miss a 1911, and before anyone says it, I know it's not a traditional 1911, but Browning terms it a 1911 and it's close enough for my purposes. So for the next while just to scratch that itch. The Browning Black Label .380 1911 is going to be on my belt.

I run the Browning Black label as well.
Its 100% the function/form of a 1911, but at 80% the size.

My first foray into the Springfield market. I am loving the Hellcat RDP. The only issue I have is that the Hex Wasp is losing zero after every clip. Otherwise, the stock sights are dead on.

Hex Wasp eh. Lots of issues with that one. There's some threads around here you might want to read. My opinion, ditch it and get a better optic.

I've already purchased a 507k-GR X2. Just waiting on it to get here. I've already contacted Springfield about a replacement.

Now that I am retired 95% of my time is spent around the homestead and this is what i put on my belt every morning.

What's your optic of choice? I'm in the middle of deciding what to get. Obviously concerned about buying a Wasp for my new Hellcat Pro OSP. An alternate recommendation was a Holo HS-507K-X2. But confused as some say it will fit straight up, others say need an adapter!

FWIW somebody gave us a laser pointer for the cat two or three months ago and she has no interest in it at all

I'm the wrong person to ask since I don't have a Hellcat nor do I know which RDS will fit on one.

All things being equal my optic of choice would be a Leupold Delta Point Pro. Barring that, maybe one of the Sigs or Holosun due to the "Shake Awake".

My optic of choice is a dang gold bead screwed into the end of my shotgun barrel…
