1. Why am I sitting parked on the side of the road in a shady neighborhood after Dark?

He was waiting to show off his situational awareness skills, that guy started shooting real quick like he already had the gun in his hand.

And....he left the scene. Shot out his own windshield. Might be some things to criticize, but do we know the guy wasn't chased and shot at prior to the video? Context would help in opining (is that a word?).
