So miss those guys. Some truly amazing things on their show. I really liked the one where they went out to the flats and fired straight up. And they were actually able to find some of the bullets.

It was a great show however if someone around me started shooting straight up I’d want some serious concrete roof over me.

“sometimes” they used a little too much explosive.

The boat in the water when they had explosive under the keel. Boat was … gone !

The most exciting episode for myself was when the tested bullet penetration in water. They used a YMCA/YWCA pool that was on the 2nd or 3rd floor. They got real nervous testing the 50bmg round.
Contrary to popular belief, 3-5 feet of water IIRC is all it took to slow it down enough to not penetrate you.

Loved that episode. I knew the water tank would explode from the shotgun slug but I was shocked the 50bmg didnt do more damage to the bottom of the pool.. Ive always wondered if the round was fired from a little further away how far it would go.
