So Now that the honey badger is a SBR, how long til the Saint follows suit?

the atf has notified Q the maker of the honey badger that their pistol is now a sbr and owners are now in possion of a sbr and they are fellons unless they separate the upper from the lower so my question is what about springfield ar pistols??????

There is a story behind it but the story sucks and it doesn't look like it's going to be a happy ending.
