Apparently relay racing has become a contact sport. Pretty soon relay racing will be akin to roller derby by my estimation. All kidding aside, poor sportsmanship is inexcusable.

Watching the clips you can clearly see she raised the baton and brought it back and deliberately hit the other person. If it were up to me which it isn't she should be charged with assault, incarcerated, fined and prohibited to compete in any sporting events for life. Just my two cents.
