My first HK was a P30SK and I had only seen them online and came across one in an LGS. It has the other pinky extension which, IMO, looks so much cooler than the extension on the 15 rd mag and I was hooked. And then I made the jump to the VP9, which is now 5 VP9s!

Your thinking is backwards. The extended mags look much better than the pinky extension. The pinky extension looks weird. I have to admit, it feels pretty good in the hands though and it shoots very well that way. That's the way I carry it.

Part two of my road trip. Scheels had lots of the HK mags so I grabbed two, and then some cleaning supplies and some targets. Grand total was $121 plus tax, and with the gift cards I only paid $15. Day well spent, I’d say..
