Everest is littered with discarded climbing gear right up to the summit. There are empty oxygen canisters dumped along the way. Base camp is reachable by trekkers and doesn’t require climbing is a sh!t hole, and Advanced Base Camp which is 1200 M further up the mountain is also covered in litter
I understand the leftover poop becomes a real problem at the lower levels once the spring thaw starts. Kind of like downtown SF.
At this point it should be prohibited. And that mess should be cleaned up and anyone caught leaving
behind should get a $500,000 fine and have their pee pee wacked.
