Boy did they really screw up there online manuals now since they got an APP, it’s not the same like before, that was the same as the one you got with your gun, now it’s all screwed up, old style was much better, even the search in the manual doesn’t work, they messed a good thing up in my opinion

you read the owners manual..??

real men don't read instructions, owners manuals, or assembly directions.

that's why all my kids tricycles had only 2 wheels.

Sorry, but there is never a competent reason for one to ignore instructional manuals. I could very well be an oddball; I touch absolutely nothing until the manual is read front to back, and hopefully written by one with an understanding of the English language. . .

If you read an instruction manual, you find the designer with a sense of humor… 32 page assembly instruction for a huge DIY Tv cabinet.
He added:
“Time for a snack”
“Time to go get a beverage”
🤣🤣🤣🤣

A$$hole designer was right … 😁

If you click on the "printer" icon to the right of 1911 Manual, it will download a Manual to your browser that you can print or save as file. :)

Or just use this link for the 1911

I can’t understand why they (any company) are quick to release Apps and then neglect to keep track or monitor if there are any bugs or improvements that need to be tweaked, then slow to add the updated version only to complicate the entire App.
Having an older iOS, many Apps just don’t work or load slowly and crash, even going so far to add useless features that exasperates the problem with unnecessary rerouting, redirects and pop ups.

Then there’s the time you‘ll need that manual for a quick reference the power, the wifi or battery goes out. My power company has an App to report and track outages worked fine for years, until my old cellphone iOS no longer supported the latest version and I complained hoping they would revert to a simpler version or buy me a new cellphone - but they didn’t respond. Too busy settling and responding to corruption allegations with our elected officials i guess.

Saving a bookmark helps tremendously so long as the device is set to read the file and there’s enough GB room.
Paper manual or a copy thereof in a manila paper folder in a steel file cabinet is the only way to go, even if you can’t keep the silverfish at bay in a darn, poorly ventilated English basement.

Firearm manuals/indexes are relatively small compared to some owners manuals. I do wish they'd leave out all the CA warnings about this product may cause cancer or common sense firearms safety instructions. Eliminating those could shorten the manual by a few pages. Thank the stinkin' lawyers. 😏

One of our newer vehicles owners manual is well over 400 pages. Now that's a bonding experience.

and THAT being said, my '22 Corolla has many "warnings" or notices to CA equipped vehicles, and wouldn't you know it, many states now have CA emissions standards.......which is good, that extends the emissions warranty to like 15 years, up from 10 years.

this also reminds me of the movie and "lighter reading".....

you may need the volume turned way up, it's a copy of a video

They need to start putting the printed manual with the gun,
A friend of mine was going to buy the Echelon, he always checks the box to see what’s inside, he told the salesman there is no manual, they said it doesn’t come with one and you have to go to SA site and download one, he gave the gun back and passed, he told them not everyone is or wants to be on the internet and all guns should come with a manual, I also feel the same as all guns need to supply a hard copy owners manual.
