Springfield owners manuals…..

A friend of mine was going to buy the Echelon, he always checks the box to see what’s inside, he told the salesman there is no manual, they said it doesn’t come with one and you have to go to SA site and download one, he gave the gun back and passed, he told them not everyone is or wants to be on the internet and all guns should come with a manual, I also feel the same as all guns need to supply a hard copy owners manual.
not only not everyone wants to be on the web, but for cryin' out loud, some printing jobs can be like 2,000 pages, and so many times, i personally have come across where 1 stinking sentence is on that 1 stinking page...like WTF.....

i'm not in it to keep the paper or ink companies in business.

I went to the bank back in the day sometime in 2019 just before the covid indoctrination, remember when they had actually people sitting behind desks called customer relationship specialists, well they sold me on this 3% cash back on credit card purchases with the feature to put those accumulated funds into a separate, basic .01% saving account which I didn’t have there.

So I opened one up. No big deal, right? Sign up walk out, how long could that take, even if I was expecting with a little book in a plastic sleeve.

Half hour to forty five minutes later I’m finally walking out of the bank with 40-50 pages of paper documents, disclosures, limitations, and related withdrawal rules, low balance fees of their basic ‘paperless’ saving account plan.…and I had to e-sign for this on their iPad.
