Springfield Saint - Quality?

^ @xdman In each case, those should be marked as-such, correct?
Yes and no, so the Glock pink labels are marked
the PSA stuff is not marked blem, the Davidsons depends if they put the label on the box or gun case.

And normal things like the saint‘s they are shipped in a card boardbox, then in the skinny cardboard rifle box, then the saint is actually in a nylon gun case bag. If you loose the cardboard then you really have no markings. In my store we get so many cardboard boxs all that stuff gets thrown away. Same with the Daniel Defense we got last week the cardboard was thrown away, and the hard case does not have any factory serial/info stickers on it. then we put it on the wall, gets looked at 100 times, then gets sold online. It’s still new but, the bolt has been reciprocated, on layed on a shelf or counter. You can get scratches, or like his barrel that looks like the marks from wall pegs where it was on display. This is the reason we don’t let anyone look at the Scar 20s, it‘s on display but we want to keep it as virgin as possible for the real buyer since it is so expensive.

Then add in dealers who do shady things, like a local mega store that opens the Gen 5 Glocks removes the 3rd mag and then charges for it. So what do you think they would do with a blem sticker. They remove the pink Glock stickers and charge full price.

Happens more than people know. Any retailer that displays guns and does online FFL sales/transfers…

I thought so Keystone...but I've not seen a flash hider in that bad condition on a new rifle in a store...

And many websites I browse for gun parts have factory second (blemished) parts, like flash hiders, slides, barrels, etc. Lots of factory blemished ammo too.
And that is parts from an aftermarket seller not a manufacturer.
Although I don’t have that gun in question in front of me the pictures supplied to the forum did not look as bad as being made out to be.
