Springfield Saint Victor B5 with Hex Dragonfly

Hey all! First post, and soon to be first-time owner of an AR-15. Own a pistol and shotgun, but really excited to get into this platform. After a good amount of research, I decided on the Saint.

I bought the Springfield Saint Victor B5, and it comes with the Hex Dragonfly Optic. My question: is this a new bundle from SA or something? It's on PSA's site and a few other gun dealers. It's got a unique SKU (STV916556B-B5-21) and UPC. Just curious because it seemed like a pretty good deal when compared to standalone prices for the same rifle.

Perhaps they're getting rid of inventory for an upcoming Hex release? To anyone who runs the Dragonfly optic on their Saint, what are your thoughts on this particular red dot?

Does the red dot block the iron sights?

Does the red dot block the iron sights on the saint?
 
Technically yes, but you can look through the optic window and you should be able to see the irons
