Supreme Court Strikes Down Colorado Unconstitutional Action

i for one, stand for rule of law, whether your a dirt bag, a good guy or in between
everyone is afforded due process, we have been loosing this very important right,
and thus i dont know or understand how states or anyone can try to hold a person guilty of a crime, where as there was no charge or conviction of that crime. this applies to EVERYONE,


supreme court ruled IMO based on the rule of law, and states cannot change federal laws.
however the next case of presidential immunity is a touch item
no matter who is in office or WAS in office
yes a crime should be punished, but a missile attack on a threat is deemed not a crime. HOWEVER if the case fails and trump looses the immunity, then the UN and others could go after every president for crimes during office, not just trump
obama , clinton, bush, carter, etc
 
The thing that irks me so much is how the media has fomented so much of this "get Trump" nonsense through inaccurate, slanted, and at times downright fabricated reporting. Mrs Greener and I watched a special on the subject by Cheryl Atkisson, it is eye opening.


I truly believe the media hates Trump because he found a way to go around them with Twitter and they cannot control the message as usual. He has called the media on their skulduggery and exposed their bias and corruption and they will never forgive him for it.

Nobody who reads or posts here is stunned by current or past media ‘spinning’ or reporting ‘facts’ to fit their left or any other narrative agenda. People are people, people !! Given what was stated in that article, all together, it seems egregiously dishonest & should make people be more willing to fact check or research a little before we shoot off our posts or mouths as being facts !! It isn’t right, and accountability…. someone else should have to pay , just not anyone who believes like I do cuz it’s okay - really ?? How is that okay exactly ?? Sad how easy we get sucked in cuz we’re too lazy to do the work to find out. Lemme jump down off my soapbox podium now without twisting an ankle ..

And the democrats lead by raskin are already talking about "reviving legislation" barring President Trump from the ballot based on the SCOTUS unanimous decision and their erroneous opinion he lead an "insurrection". Could another indictment to support that claim be coming?

The democrats will never be happy until the country is destroyed by obiden or some other democrat/liberal/socialist/communist. Protect their investments and corruption...

Agree.

We have steps in place. When neither the Political Parties nor the citizens stand up and make their choice at the ballot box, the result is what that politician wants .

I dont like biden for his policies nor trump for his mouth, but each party should be given fair treatment under the law. As any citizen.

I want a party that stands up for American citizens and our interests, not a party that stands up only for their own party policies

Anyone notice what our AG was saying? Voter ID is illegal....ballot signature verification is illegal...preventing mail-in ballots is illegal, preventing drop boxes and harvesting is illegal. Kinda tells us their next push. With polls showing what they are showing, they gotta stack that deck somehow now that law-fare is not as successful as they hoped.

The Dems changed state election laws illegally and no one challenged them. Shame on us.
We need to push back and do away with “bending the rules” in their favor
 
Add my last post to 10million+ "new" residents (we all know it's closer to 20 million,) with no voter ID, and many of them will want to send a thank-you to someone in the next election. It's all been planned, and we've been duped. When I say "we", I mean the general population...
And to those thinking it, my tinfoil hat looks better than your blindfold :cool:

10 years ago i may have said, “tinfoil hat.” Nowadays? Not so much. When power is at stake, anything is possible. What we used to think, “would never happen here” seems to happen here more often.
