Why the hell is everyone so touchy lately?

JMHO, and not that we are not responsible for our own actions/feelings, It's the divide and conquer crap that's shoved down our throats 27/7 by the left, right, and center. The powers that be like to keep everyone all stewed up, makes it easier for them to cheat lie and steal.

Well, taking what I wrote up there into account, can you not think of equally despicable comments made by Trump about other people ?

Why the hell is everyone so touchy lately? First NMedge now you. Relax man, I wasn't saying your opinion wasn't valid. If someone can't disagree with you, or more accurately present a different perspective, without it hurting your feelings or causing you anguish then you are taking this whole internet chat room thing way too seriously brother.

That's exactly what it is, a chat room. Everyone has equal say in any/all matters.

Bob, I think in answer to your actual question: A lot of it has to do with everyone's daily lives these days. We see so much crap on the news each and every day/night that's been brought to the boiling point ... some we agree with, some we disagree with. In both/either case it keeps us all 'worked up' in a sense. I also think in many cases, we don't even realize just how worked up we are.

This is pretty much what I was trying to say in the above msg in answer to Bob's actual question. To add to that, in today's world with all the instant communications via social media, etc, the intensity of our feelings never has time to resolve and settle/calm down to a reasonable/normal level. We're hyped/hyper all day/everyday with very little 'off' time.

This is pretty much what I was trying to say in the above msg in answer to Bob's actual question. To add to that, in today's world with all the instant communications via social media, etc, the intensity of our feelings never has time to resolve and settle/calm down to a reasonable/normal level. We're hyped/hyper all day/everyday with very little 'off' time.

yet one more reason I don't have a cell phone, tablet, or stay connected 24/7
