A friend has been wanting an SA 35 since they first came out. I advised him to wait awhile for them to work out the bugs. He got a new one yesterday and as I was installing a new trigger and RDS on his new Glock anyway he asked me to give the HiPower a test run. I have not fired a HiPower in a long while. I cleaned and lubed it this morning and shot my 8" steel plates with it at 25 yards. It is dead nuts on right out of the box. The sights are good for my old eyes. I like the trigger but it would take me a while to get used to no tactile reset. This is a fine accurate pistol with which to repel miscreants and n'er do wells.
