Pending HGs "non-media celebrity" extensive torture-test on his Turknelli M4 replica, here's the TFB Torture test on the same for comparison.

In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves tests the Turknelli, that is the Turkish-made Benelli M4 tactical shotgun clone. At around $400, these budget shotguns are almost exact replicas of the real Benelli M4, but at one-fifth of the price. They’ve become very popular and there are a number of importers bringing them into the country on the cheap. Do you get a bargain or do you get what you pay for?

SO HORRIBLE! I still shoot a winchester that I haven't cleaned or lubed in 30 years. It still cycles without issues. The remington on the other hand is a no go and needs attention.

I've had the same experience with my Brownings, Mossbergs & Benelli.

Hopefully, HG will have a more positive experience with his Turknelli.

Hans, it seems that just about any gun you buy today is "a roll of the dice" as to whether it will function as advertised. For every 10 guns a company sells 9 folks will be happy and 1 person will be dissatisfied. But as the saing goes

I disagree. Don't clean it and don't lube it. I guarantee you could run the Benelli, Beretta and the new Mossberg 930 like that and they would go the distance. Make the Turkey work for it.

We'll have to see how Hans fares. I'm quite sure he is up to the task and will make this shotgun earn it's review. I for one am on the edge of my seat. It's rare and cool when one of our own reviews something new instead of watching YT videos from god knows who.
