The 10 Yard Red Dot Zero

Seems like a different take on the method that ex Seal guy developed for using 10 yards to get to 50/200 battlesight zero. If I recall it involved zeroing above the target by the height above bore of your optic. It seemed very confusing and time consuming to me. I just zero’d at 50 yards. The difference in POI from 0-100 was very minimal. According to the experts I should be dead on at 200. I haven’t had a chance to try and with an unmagnified red dot it’s probably moot anyway.

I use a laser bore and works perfectly. Both with a laser and a red dot. Especially at the 10/15 mark.
