The Border-Promises Made

I have yet to figure out if this current administrations goal was to bring America to it's knees or are they just that stupid to know their policies would be a failure, or maybe a lot of both.
I'm pretty sure that's a question many of us have. There's no question this United States of America is by far the freest and fairest country in the world, with the best form of government ever created by man. I don't say that with any ill intent or implication toward any other country, only to say it is what it is. This country has prospered as much as any country and far more than many. There's no way those who were complicit in bringing those millions of illegal migrants into this country can believe they will help make the country better. And I'm not saying they will make the country worse other than their illegality and taking advantage of social services they never paid into.

Most of them are good people simply looking for a better life for themselves and their families. They took advantage of a system set up for them by our own elected leaders for those leader's own selfish benefit in some way. There's not enough open entry level employment positions in the country for all of the millions of migrants, nor enough corporations to employee them all at once, so it has to be something else.

My WAG is that those who play identity politics (far left liberal/progressive/woke/identity playing/socialistic politicians have a long term plan to take over government completely with the help of votes of those millions of illegals at some future date. By inundating the country with so many at the same time, (some estimates run 18-20 m) they'll likely be able to swindle a method of providing a way for them all to become citizens, or at least some method of voting at or near the same time. Then in one fell swoop with all the additional voters they've brought here and cultivated, they'll throw the play book away and have total control of the government of this great country.

And in addition, with the dilution of both those of white European ancestry and migrants which is bound to happen simply through the addition of so many races all being forced mixed by proximity in communities, making them all citizens will become much easier over time as the mixing of more and more families occur. I'm not in any way saying that mixing of races is necessarily a bad thing, only that the way this has been brought on will bring a benefit more to those who cultivated it rather than those involved in taking advantage of it.

I think this is validated by the sheer numbers of migrants not only allowed in illegally by our elected leaders, but the numbers of them actually helped enter our country illegally, many even under cover and out-a-sight by those same leaders. It won't happen in this next administration, maybe not even in the next few/several. But it will happen at some point. I, and many of use here won't be alive to see it, but I have to contend with the thought of what kind of country my grand-kids will have to live in. It's a cryin' azzed shame what is happening to our country after all these many years of hard earned independence, internal strife and civil wars, an ever improving civility and society, and to think it's coming to this end. Because once lost, this form of government, by and for the people, is likely to never be seen again.

Again, not looking for any arguments or hate replies, just well thought out opinions. This is just the opinion of one man! Peace!

Let me start by saying that my lady friend of the last 9 years was born in Mexico and is also a citizen of the United States, over 25 years ago she moved to Texas and did all the right things to become a hard working tax paying citizen and she is also disgusted by what is going on at the border.
What is not shown on local media or discussed is how disruptive and dangerous the migrants are to the local population on the Mexican side of the border as they make their way to enter the United States wether it be legally or illegally. My lady friends mother and other family members still live and work in Mexico and have had their homes broken into and vandalized and vehicles stolen by migrants and the Mexican government has done nothing to protect its own people from these supposedly “peaceful” migrants.
What is also known by local Mexican authorities and not discussed by the US media is that 80-90% of the migrants are either criminals that have been let out of Mexican prisons or criminals from other countries that are sponsored by Cartels to
Try to get into the US by any means possible. This of course is being denied by the Mexican government.
It’s way past time to get tough at the border but it will be close to impossible to fix this problem without the help from the Mexican government and unfortunately they have shown and proven they just don’t care.
As for a large percentage of these migrants being criminals let out of jails/prisons by other countries, and/or people with mental issues ... Trump has been saying that for at least the past 8 years. And Mexico's internal problems could be far easier solved by them stopping the migrants at their own southern border rather than allowing them to enter Mexico and travel the entire distance up through that country. The simple fact is that Mexico (politicians/cartels, etc) benefit greatly by massive and corrupt income related to the passage of all those migrants. It's the every day citizens of Mexico, such as your lady's family who see the brunt of the crime associated with the migrants traveling through.

The problem with deportation is that they deport them through El Paso and they come right back in through Brownsville.

As others said We need to close the border before we worry about deporting people.
I read somewhere a few days ago that when the deportations begin, a new plan will be implemented where the deportee will be finger printed and have a DNA sample taken while in custody and prior to the actual deportation. In this way our officials will have absolute, positive ID on any of them whether or not they've used phony ID in the past.

I agree that its the best system. The problem is that its badly broken. Completely corrupt from top to bottom. Money and power run this country, not the people. 🤬
Maybe this past week's election is the point the worm begins to turn! Let's hope. So far I'm likin' what I see regarding some cabinet choices. When/if the opposition tries to throw sand in the gears of things POTUS is trying to get done, especially those things he promised and voters voted for, we all need to literally flood congress with calls. letters, texts, etc, etc, etc, promising to vote them out next time around if they don't support him, or it'll be on us ... the electorate. We voted overwhelmingly for this administration, both with the public vote and the EC vote. That means the overwhelming majority of the country want change, and decided he was the man with the plan for the change they wanted. Just sayin'.
