The gun shop i go to a lot has one of those and had it a while, about every time i go in there this one guy tries to show it to me. He's just kiddin around. he knows i ain't buyin it. i told him if it had one less black spot on it i would think about it.

I don't complain about them I just don't like shooting them. Which is a shame because I really wanted to like them. For what it is designed, the Glock is perfect and is in a class of its own.
The people who complain about Glock, take the gun out of its category and try to compare it to other handguns it should not be compared to.
It's done out of ignorance and disdain.
Same reason I don't shoot 1911's. I tried, but doesn't like me......well my wrist anywaysI don't complain about them I just don't like shooting them. Which is a shame because I really wanted to like them.
I completely understand.I don't complain about them I just don't like shooting them. Which is a shame because I really wanted to like them.
I have several glocks in a few calibers and don't have a problem with any of them. all of them work and shoot well. only one i have that i really don't care for is the 43X. now it's in the same ballpark size wise as my FN reflex, Sig365 and SA hellcat. all three of those are over it IMO. and in ownership, mines the only one that counts. The trigger on the 43 X is worse than any of those three mentioned. Glocks rule baby, well maybe just below the Hy Point.

Your favorite? you don’t say?Well, you all know his I feel about Glock, first polymer pistol I shot and bought, others have come and gone, but I still own several Glocks, sold a few, but for me, there my favorite polymer gun
Now if I were going to purchase one I would replace the plastic sights with some Heineken Straight 8 sights. I’ve had cataracts and detached retinas in both eyes and I found that these sights are easy for me to use. And, of course, it would be in 45 ACPYou can always tell an old school 1911 fan when they try a Glock and then start swapping out parts on a perfectly reliable out of the box gun.
Friggin auto correct. Heine sights not Heineken sights. If I had those on I don’t suspect I’d be hitting a damned thingNow if I were going to purchase one I would replace the plastic sights with some Heineken Straight 8 sights. Probably not. I shot every one I could get my hands on about 8 years ago. None of them felt good in my hands.Have you shot/tried one of the Slimline models?
