she should have NOT had her baby with her....PERIOD.....there is as we know, Family Leave, and if she was no longer on that leave, which i imagine she was, then she should have still NOT had that baby there.
this is the problem with DEI and any other workers rights...she was in a highly intense job, and as such, needed to be focused on THAT..like what, she could not have used a breast pump, and have a baby-sitter feed the baby at home..??
this is why we need to go back to the old ways, these new progressive ways are NOT working.
and she should be fired, loss of pension, loss of benefits, and black balled from personal protection jobs, hell she should not even be a minimum wage security guard, at the dump.
