In the Cold War days their 4,700 man brigade was not to be trifled with. If they captured you during training maneuvers they'd tie you up to a tree and leave it up to your unit to find you. Back then they took things seriously with a history of oppression by the Nazis during WWII. Belgium and the Netherlands got the headlines but L-berg suffered mightily too.
