i can going from the NAVY to work for the ARMY was a total shock at how they were or are. we had tailhook in the 80s . the army was still living that dream in 2005...at least all the civil service folks at redstone.. it was a wild west of who was screwing who for contracts, i mean really doing the pillow time

This explanation is good. That said,the value of diversity to any bottom line is settled business practice. The military was about the last to come on board here and they've been doing it for years. Successfully.
