Saw a few on the Omaha Outdoors website. Some in the M1014 configuration that I own, for a little over $1800 (which is several hundred cheaper than what I paid for mine (ain't it always the way ))
Edit: $1899, still not bad.
They have a few 7 rd. collapsible stock listed in the $1900 range, but they are out of stock. And I can tell you right now they will remain out of stock. When you see them back in stock the price will have changed significantly. Then you still have the enhanced controls to buy. Not to mention all the other upgrades you two are doing. Which is in my opinion absolutely essential.

Strictly a personal choice. Pass, would still rather have my Mossberg. Having used it for 30 years I trust it, I could use it in my sleep, if I break or lose it I can replace it easily in a matter of hours, at least in basic format. And then I can use the remaining $1500 to buy something I actually need, maybe a new 1911.

Plus I don't like pistol grips on shotguns.

You can have both.

Have you tried pistol grips on shotguns ? I have been at it a loooong time and it was a game changer for me. Increased my times significantly. All tactical shotguns should have pistol grips on them.

You always seem to forget one catch phrase Bob... in my opinion (when stating your opinion)... and in that vein, in my opinion, I do not like pistol grips on longarms and find no use for them, personally. And yes I have tried them.

Personal opinion.

And following the title of the thread, I only use one shotgun. For everything, from birds, to clays, to HD, and it's always setup the same, 20 inch accu choked barrel, truglow rifle fiber optic sights, and Blackhawk traditional Compstock.

And yes, I am rather good shootibg birds with rifle sights, that how I learned , on a savage over under 410/22 combo.

I am however considering a new forearm light combo to replace the one I had that died, strictly for hsmd use.

Since I am expressing it brother, it is redundant to say " In my opinion". Obviously it is my opinion and obviously it doesn't apply to everyone. I was just asking if you had spent any time with one.
