Things a non cretin might do on a Saturday evening

We went in to Fargo today, I needed a new pair of safety shoes for work. After a lunch of chicken wings, fried green beans and Bloody Marys with beers back, we took in the Hunting Expo at Scheels (kind of fell in love with an AR...). Then we went into the store and loaded up on their ammo sale. Spending money makes me sleepy, so I had a 2 hour nap when we got home. We had pizza for supper and now I am kicking back with a Long Island Iced Tea and watching On Patrol Live. I have to say I'm not much of a fan of this cocktail. Shoulda joined the husband for a whiskey. Ah well...I'm guessing I may be a cretin in disguise
The first time I ever heard of Scheels was when we were in Billings. They had a giant ferris wheel right in the store.

Long Island Tea is more of a cretin drink. Good whiskey is hard to beat though. :)

There is one in Springfield IL where we stopped every year on the way to SD for a pheasant hunt. An impressive store and they are dog friendly. I saw a couple more of their stores in Iowa along the way.

I
I lived in the Tampa Bay area for 21 years. One never need fear not finding a great meal there, regardless of taste.

I got Tampa stories. I lived there twice. First time me and a buddy hitch hiked down there. I was 16. I was only there a couple months. A few years later we went back and stayed for awhile. I don't recall much about the food other than the first trip down we ate a lot at "Sallys". That is the Salvation Army downtown. I also remember having bottles thrown at us walking through Ybor City by some nice, young, black fellows.

Some fellow cretins came over. One is an LEO. We got into some nice rare bourbons after dinner ..

I do believe you called me a cretin. I’m honored 🥰😎
Well, I know of a few ladies that shave with safety razors and swear by them. I can tell you one thing, it's much smoother and lasts much longer than a cartridge. And much better for your skin, assuming you are using a decent shave soap and not canned goo. I suggest staying away from straights though.

I'm afraid that is your only path out of cretinitude.
