This hurts my soul....

It's definitely not my style, but I can appreciate the innovation. I love the classic look and feel of my leverguns. I can't even bring myself to mount a scope because it feels wrong to me. Still, I enjoy seeing new and innovative products introduced. Industries stop being fun when manufacturers stop taking chances.

Agreed!

I like innovation in firearms and sometimes taking an older design and modernizing it can improve the functional ability of it just like the common modern Colt 1911 clones that everyone has.

I can appreciate the older styles like my Winchester 94 which I really enjoy shooting but I can also appreciate the skeletonized stock and MLOK rail of this rifle.
I've thought for a little while now that my old Winchester .30-30 could use an RDS. I picked it up over 30 years ago at a flea market. It is a great, light rifle for hunting in the brush and thickets. I think an RDS would maybe help to get on targets quicker.

I think the mod is pretty cool looking. But I also think the mod maybe made the front end heavier, too long and the rifle unbalanced which would defeat its purpose for me. It's now a cool bench/range gun for everyone to wow over.

I think it’s brilliant.

If it’s a PCC, subsonic rounds will be dead quiet, with no action noise at all…or, fast follow ups (people who know what they’re about with a lever can work one as fast as a semi; if they REALLY know, it’s almost sounds cyclic).

I’d have one on a heartbeat.
