Country singer Toby Keith died Monday at the age of 62. His family wrote in a statement to his website that he died "peacefully ... surrounded by his family."
He will be missed, I loved when he came out with Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue after 911 to rally the troops over seas. Patriotism at it's best.
Toby Keith’s inspiration for his new song, “Don’t Let The Old Man In,” was Clint Eastwood, director and star of ‘The Mule,’ the movie in which the song appears.

Inspiration has a lot to do will the Art of the Song.
R.I.P. Toby , the Lord’s Choir needed a powerful deep Baritone .
Personally, I don't favor country music, but I fully recognize the boon he's been to our veterans and additional projects. Mr. Keith used fame for gain; I'd like others to follow suit. God bless his family and friends. . .
Not a fan of the genre, but his song recorded live on Bob & Tom, "I'll Never Smoke Weed With Willie Again" is a classic that I've heard 100 times and love it to this day....
