Tiger birch is much stronger than fancy grade walnut, and treatments with pure Tung oil keeps it that way.

Agreed but still not as strong as a regular grain birch or walnut stock, it will hold up just be careful of the action that’s mounted in it. I’ve seen tiger stripe stocks shatter when using large caliber actions.

Extra loud with that brake, and you get to inhale exhaust gasses with every shot, but the bull pup conversion is still a nice rage toy none the less.

I appreciate the tip, but I don't bed my action in cellulose... I switched over to tension bedding in aluminum back in 2004 and never looked back.
