Troops to area of Israel

Israel has something like 300,000 troops ready to go.no real ground fight yet. "BUT" they send The United States Marines. Because "WE" did urban fighting for 20 years and "WE" know what to do. "WE" will train the Israel army. Oh by the way the talk is already on about the US receiving Palestinian refuges. Yea we could use some more refuges.

I'm guessing most of those troops were already nearby, in surrounding countries, hence "in the area." So the question is, are they truly "sending" troops there, or mainly just putting troops that were already in the region on alert?

If we are rescuing Americans I don't care if we send all of 1st MEF or 82nd Airborne. They took American hostages in 1979 and in 2023 and several times since and we owe them a serious ass whupping for that.

X 2.

I agree Israel probably doesn't need US armed forces to get the job done. What they need is the UN and western liberals to STFU. That said, if it got to the point where they DID need it though, we damn well ought to accommodate them.
Iran needs the **** kicked out of them once and for all
Set them back 50 yrs…
Then stare at China and say STFU, you’re next

Agreed. We screwed around too long with China. Politicians and greedy corporate types sitting back taking their money while they blatantly amassed a gigantic, communist army. We should have let Japan decimate them before we dropped the bombs.

All this "Political correctness" and fear of global media idiots is going to turn the world into slaves of the terrorist dictators. Hard to believe all these elected "representatives" are too stupid to see it, so one has to conclude they are complicit.

Biden Considers Israel Visit! Now that will fix everything.

It seems a little weird to me that all the media is making such a big deal out of the fact that a U.S President is going to Israel at the moment, and pretty much exactly when he is expected to go, in advance. That doesn't usually happen in a war zone, and when it does, it certainly isn't announced everywhere ahead of time. Does this strike anyone else as a little odd, and probably a bad idea to be broadcasting it? Secret Service must be having a collective ulcer right now.

I think Biden going to Israel is one of the stupidest ideas in a very long line of stupid ideas. Much less announcing it ahead of time.
God help us if Harris ends up in charge during a time of war. :poop:
It’s stupid for a lot of reasons. Not the least of which is now we all get to watch them parade him around as if he’s some sort of war hero. I wonder at what point he reminisces about when he was a Jew and was attacked by Hamas ?

Oh you know it's coming, he was raised in the Synagogues, didn't you know? Or was it the Black Churches? Or the Puerto-Rican community? Or was it <insert BS here that the media is not going to contradict>? Best image I've seen so far, coming to a neighborhood near you :ROFLMAO:

But I really don't think Biden and his ilk have the courage for decisive action. A la Benghazi. Half measures will not work. The U.S. must be willing to use maximum violence against people who would harm Americans. Gen. Curtis LeMay understood.
Agreed but what boils my 💩 is why oh why do we announce what we are doing??? That is something I can for the life of me never understand.
