Agree, plus it's an odd combination even if he is "acting." One position is law enforcement, the other is to provide forces to kill the enemy and break his stuff. Unless, and this is pure speculation, Trump wants to scale back the agency significantly so a series of acting directors would be appropriate until the changes in the organization can be worked out. Too much detail to go into here, but the short version is NO. He was railroaded for sure. But, if he didn't know the town well enough as a three-star to have a lawyer present and then plead guilty to the trumped up charges, then he has no place in the admin. Then he picked Sydney Powell as his lawyer who was frankly full of bluff and bluster. We're still waiting for that Kraken to be released.'
True. He wasn’t prepared for it. I too don’t think he’d be a good choice for that position.
