Unlike all of you, we are not "whipped into a frenzy", nor are we "foaming at the mouth". That is ya'lls department.

All the hand wringing about the deportations of gang members makes me think of the mothers and grandmothers in my area who almost always talk about how innocent and what a “good boy” their son/grandson was when an innocent victim dispatches a thug trying to rob or kill them. We are letting an appointed judge over rule the LEO’s who have done their due diligence in searching out gang members who are intent on doing harm to American citizens. Those LEO’s are putting their lives on the line to protect us ( refer to Hayes’ thread “Officer Down”). Lots of politics here, but let’s not ignore the work our federal, state and local LEO”s are doing.
 
Just to follow up on this: here is EXACTLY why we need due process. Those f'ing morons (or psychos, depending on how you look at it) sent the wrong guy to a deathcamp and won't do anything about it. Tell me again why judicial oversight and due process are a bad thing.

Yeah, I'd say the people that read a trump propaganda post and start going off on "crazy leftist" judges, sending bomb threats, doxing judges kids, calling for impeachment for following their constitutional responsibility, etc are pretty much whipped into a frenzy and definitely not taking a second to understand the issue.

No, he just needs to follow the law. Like all the rest of us do. Simple thing. Ending illegal policies isn't communist, despite what Dollar Store Dracula would like you to think. If you heard a guy at the bar say something like "There are X number of district judges in this county and I need approval from ALL of them to continue my policy of driving home drunk. Just 1 communist judge disagreeing freezes my entire policy. That's is tyranny" you'd think he was a nut.

Well after giving this some very deep thought I came to this conclusion. If this poooorrrr man hadn't crossed our border illegally he probably wouldn't be where he is now. I do not feel sorry for this criminal !
 
I hate that we use the words Immigrant or Immigration relating to this at all... I dont think I know anyone that is anti immigrant or anti immigration, those words should not be lumped in with a legal status or criminal rights argument. I have many friends who came to this country legally, thus they immigrated. If I jump over your fence or come in your backdoor without permission, I am not an undocumented guest at your house, I am a criminal. Yes the legal immigration process needs fixing, but that does not validate crime.
