Update on Echelon flush fitting magazine floor plate

Good morning ya’ll,
I received a email from Springfield Armory Customer Service regarding my inquiry on purchasing flush fitting magazine floor plates for my Echelon 4.5F mags.
The Part number is: EC1959
The email stated that they don’t sell magazine components through their online store but if I call their Customer Service folks they should be able to help me out.
I haven’t tried yet but I plan to call them tomorrow.
I thought I’d share this information with those who may want to get some.

I know several years back I wanted another RSA for my XD .45, I called there CS up and the lady sold me one, hopefully that still happens today

By the positive tone of the email response and the way my inquiry didn’t stop at one person but was forwarded to the appropriate person who might know I’d say there’s a good chance I’ll get squared away

They've always been good to me, when I bought my first HellCat, I think in 2019 I ordered it through a buddy who owned a little shop. I'd read online that they were supposed to come w/ 2 magazines the standard 11 and the 13. He only had the 11rd mag, It took I believe 2 attempts to get in contact with the right person at Springfield and they not only made sure I was satisfied they actually ended up sending me 4 Mags for Free 2 of the 13s and 2 15s. They really do make sure you are taken care of.
