With all due respect to what anyone wants to identify as……..if non-binary is an option, why even have the section? If they don’t care what hardware you have, and no one is going to check/verify, just take it the heck off the form! In regards to the changes to the possible delays in transferring guns to those of 21 or under I see them as important changes based on recent events where transfers have occurred to those not emotionally ready to understand the responsibilities and subsequent consequences of firearm ownership.

the bait/gun store i go to, i had given him a copy of the new form and the article. the owner on monday morning is going to go to a printing place and get up at least 200 copies of the new form.

they tell you in the article that February 2023, the new forms will be out, and be mandatory April 1st.....but they want you to use them now..

like WTF, then supply all the gun stores WITH those new forms, rather than to make them go and get up copies.
